Abstract
20+ years of software development, writing about AI workflows, technical leadership, and the craft of building things. This page is the index to that work: three articles to start with (Section 2), recent writing on AI (Section 3), the Digital Garden (Section 4), ongoing AI experiments (Section 5), and how to get in touch (Section 6).
Keywords — AI workflows, Claude Code, technical leadership, software engineering, side projects
1Introduction
Antonin Januska is a Staff Engineer building AI-backed systems, engineering standards, and the workflows that let teams ship serious software. He has been blogging since 2012, and his open source work has collected more than 600 GitHub stars, most of them on Programmer's Proverbs [11].
* Correspondence: antjanus.com/contact. Consulting on AI workflow audits, implementation sprints, and leadership advisory. The headline figures, stated once and reused on the About page:
The remainder of this page is organised as follows. Section 2 collects three articles worth reading first. Section 3 lists the six most recent pieces on AI, and Section 4 the four most recent in the Digital Garden. Section 5 tabulates AI experiments, and Section 6 closes with projects and correspondence.

Three hand-picked articles, one per theme: why software for an audience of one is about to be everywhere [2], the blueprint that makes those apps come out the same shape [3], and a UI pattern library built for coding agents to read [1].

3Recent work in AI
Workflows, tools, and experiments. The six most recent entries, newest first. The full list of twelve is in the AI section.
