A dashboard and Model Context Protocol server for a project portfolio whose entire state lives in markdown files. Twenty-five zod-typed MCP tools let Claude Code read roadmaps, advance sessions, and work QA queues without anyone opening the UI. No database: the files are the source of truth, and git is the audit log. 1,667 tests, MIT licensed.
